Colloquio
There were three parts. Phone interview, Day 1 in person and day 2 in person. Day 1 entails making some simple calls, a game, speed interviewing with various employees. Day 2 entails teaching something to a panel some problem solving activities, and a panel interview. Everyone was really friendly. Really felt like they were just getting a feel for my personality and if I would fit in with the culture they are trying to build.

Colloquio
Not too difficult, but some things they have you do are somewhat pointless. They had me play a word game and do a puzzle. I get that they were trying to break the ice, but the interview lasted like an hour and a half because of it and then you have to come back later on in the day or a different day to do another round of interviews. They were really friendly and it seems that they really value having a positive, uplifting environment which was nice. They have you prepare a 15 minute "lecture" on something you are proficient in and then you have to teach a group of account managers about it. A little intimidating, but everyone was really nice so it wasn't too bad.
