I applied through their third party system that allowed me to set up an initial interview with a representative instantly. I was then forwarded to the next step where I was given the opportunity to speak with a senior recruiter within the actual company which was a 30 minute phone interview. The interviewer enjoyed speaking with me and set up an in person interview where I met with a Sales Director and the Recruitment Director. It was a brief conversation with both. About a week and a half goes by when they called me to say they have chosen another candidate to proceed with. I was a little flustered just because I have previously worked in a faced paced environment and as a HR specialist for the past year. I asked for feedback but none was given. I am fine with that though because they are not the company I am not supposed to take my next career step with.
