I'm a backend GEnAI engineer. They have shortlisted my profile knowing that I'm strong in GENAI and python. But still shortlisted and conducted 3 levels of interview. They conducted interview on coding and gen ai applied concepts. After conducting 2+ hours of interview and giving good feedbacks in live, they have rejected my profile saying that I'm poor at frontend. Not sure how these sort of hiring still happens without even screening my profiles and rejecting.
