Lack of Feedback: Despite spending more than an hour in the interview, I have not received any feedback on my performance or the interview outcome. A timely and constructive response is expected, especially after dedicating time and effort to the process. Interview Experience: It appears that the decision-making criteria were not clearly communicated, and the interview process seemed unstructured and inconsistent with industry standards for senior roles.
