They are losing Genuine deserving candidates.I don't know which naive person is taking interview especially the final rounds.Please it's a request to management to check on this unjust practices,in this way their company is going to lose ideal and remarkable candidates and just become another mediocre company with unseasoned beings.
Coming to interview part,my final round was exceptionally good than first round,I don't know which short sighted professional took that interview and judged me unfit.It's okay it's their loss,but I think after a careful manipulation and some strategic management they are choosing candidates with hidden agendas maybe.Management please have a look at this misconduct or your company reputation shall degrade.
