      Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. La procedura ha richiesto 3 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Apisero (Bengaluru) nel mese di nov 2020

      I am not sure if they are serious about hiring Interview Process they schedule 4 to 5 technical rounds and they select you after each round and last round taken by leadership is just 5mins with basic technical questions and i answered it well but finally say rejected with out any proper feedback.Really 5mins can decide anyones ability if so why previous rounds they kept selecting you.I think they just want to show hiring number than genuinely seriously recruiting.

Questions asked were from basic fundamentals like- Why Java is called platform independent? Why does Java need compiler? For loop vs do while loop. What is constructor and constructor chaining? What is polymorphism? What is multi threading? What are the different ways to create Thread? Stack vs Queue. How to swap two variables without using any third variable? DML vs DDL. Difference between authentication and authorization. What is web service? What is branching in terms of source control? What is cloud computing? Round 3: Technical Round Questions: Difference between ==, .equals()? Use of static, final keyword. When to use abstract class and when to use interface? How does multiple inheritance work in java? What is the purpose of keyword volatile? How do you create thread? What are the ways? Write a program to get char frequency for a string. What is primary key, foreign key? What if you want to store value null in primary key column? Difference between DELETE & TRUNCATE? Which one can be rolled back? Query vs Sub-query. What is RIGHT OUTER JOIN? Round4 (C4E Round) Questions: What are the services cloud offers? How to shift on-premise app to cloud? What are all authentication techniques u have worked? And how did u implement? How will you find duplicate characters in a string? What are the different types of microservice architecture? Topic vs Queue.       Liked the chatbot notifications during hiring process. First round was smooth. Panel was very knowledgeable and was stressing on concepts and attitude. It went well and round two was scheduled for next week and it got postponed week after week for 3 weeks. Finally it happened. Since the interview was virtual, panel's background was very noisy. He was very arrogant and he was expecting whatever he knows to be known by me. You can't expect people to know everything and it's ok to not know something. Panel can't tell why u don't know this. Advise to company people to not send such people for interviews. They demoralize people. If you don't offer job, it's ok. But behave well. Apisero is a great growing company but people like this are bringing its standard down by giving bad perception to others. Also recruiter throws a lot attitude. CEO Mr. Vijay Rao, please fix such issues in future sir. Have a lot of respect for you.
