I recently went through a three-round interview process with Apixio, involving HR, a manager, and a senior team member. Throughout the process, I received positive feedback and felt optimistic about receiving an offer. Unfortunately, I was never contacted again, and the role was reposted with updated wording. What makes this experience particularly disappointing is that I hadn't heard of Apixio before their recruiter reached out to me about the opportunity. As someone who has been laid off for a year and is currently working a "bridge job" to make ends meet, receiving an offer would have been incredibly meaningful. The lack of communication, even a polite rejection, was disheartening.

There was initial phone call with the recruiter, then an hour call with one of the senior engineer via zoom, mostly about the company, culture, design and bit of coding and then a marathon of 3 technical interviews and final interview with the CTO. The process took about 3 weeks. The best interview experience I ever had. Recruiter well informed throughout the interview process, HR responded quickly. The interviewers were polite, smart, and passionate
