The recruiter contacted me by phone and asked me my background. Then she set a Skype interview with one of the trainer. The process took 1 day. After I finished my Skype interview, the recruiter called me and gave a job offer.

The whole interview was pleasure. And they are very nice to me. I got a phone call from their recruiting team and asked me if I have time to have an interview. She even send be a study guide for the skill test. Then I have a Skype interview the next day. they asked me 4-5 questions about data structures. And they also give me a link to a website for coding online. So they can watch me coding. After this, I got another skype interview from their HR manager. He asked me some questions about why would I choose this job and my experience. They give my an offer the same day. And only give me one day to decide. And I need to attend an unpaid training for two month. And the training start next coming Monday. (The interview was Thursday) There was no negotiation about the time. In the offer, you only get minimum wage (7/hr) when you are not on a project or between the project. And it may take two month to be assigned on a project after training. And they will not give you full-time offer untill you are on a project. (4 month no pay check). And no 401k match. (They said I can choose to pay my 401k, but there is no contribution from the company). It might be a good job if you can always be assigned on a project. But it is not guaranteed. I need a stable job. So I have to turn down their offer.
