I applied through school job portal, and got an interview with the company's analyst. The interview took half an hour, mostly run through my resume and there were some technical questions.

Met with several managers. All very professional and experts in their fields. Ensuring fit is important. More general questions as did not get to financial modelling or case study phase which I presume is a next step.
