I was contacted by the HRD via email because she was impressed by my resume. An interview was scheduled, for which she late for, she wasn't engaged in the conversation, offered very little about next steps which was more of a brush off rather than a professional explanation, and never followed up to close the loop. At a director level one would think the candidate experience would be better.
