My experience is of a fair & very detailed interview. The process was smooth, I had prior notice of time and schedule and they made sure I was fully aware on what to expect. The people who conducted were highly experienced and they know what works on the ground. They were able to judge what I did not know as much as what I know well, mostly they were looking at how well I can adapt and learn along with strong technical foundation. The process was demanding but now that I am here I know why, they have some the best people working for them and it is because they have very string screening process. The questions ranged from fundamental understanding to scenario based, gave me an opportunity to solve some of the problems. The people were very friendly and have a coaching & mentoring approach. They answered all my questions on the calls and even if I sent a subsequent email, the response was quick and clear. They have assembled one of the best teams and I am glad to be part of it.
