I went through the first two rounds of the interview process which was with their HR rep and their Head of People and Finance. Both interviews were very impersonal and stale. It was clear that the interviews had a set list of questions they wanted answers to and nothing more. One thing that did jump out to me as odd was when asked about they build and maintain a culture. The Head of People had no clear response and simply said that their culture was being "in-office". I left both interviews getting a gut feeling that this place wouldn't be a great place to work.
