I had a quick phone and skype interview with their hiring manager and was brought in for an interview a week after. It was a panel interview and everyone was extremely pleasant to talk too. In fact, it even felt that they were rooting for me to get the job. Unfortunately, I did not get the job since there were more qualified candidates but it was an overall great experience.

There was no general question. It seemed that they really wanted to get to know more about your background and if you could be a fit for the team, personality wise.
