Have done quiet a few HR interviews before. Have never been told in an interview before that the salary of the role depends on how much i’m currently earning before being continually asked what i’m currently earning. Reversing any questions I had about expectations - made it seem like a two way process when it was more one way. Declined the follow up interview.
