The process includes an initial interview with the hiring manager and the on-site, which includes interviews with PM's, other technical writers, engineers, and managers. My recruiter was extremely communicative throughout the process and I felt a good fit with the individuals who I interviewed with.

The interview process at AppDynamics is another level. They really made me feel like my time is valued and stayed in constant contact, followed up regularly. I was really nervous going into the in-person interview, but after meeting with the recruiter first, those vanished. I credit him a lot for making me feel at ease and giving the best interview I could. Even though I didn't get the role, I have no regrets because I felt like he enabled me to put my best self forward.
I have a great impression of the company now, and a big part of that has to do with the recruiting process. I believe it says a lot about a company. I have no doubt they only hire great people.
