First was your standard phone interview. Once you pass that stage you come in 1 day for a round of interviews with various department heads. What was cool about the interview was that it was like interviewing for multiple jobs at once. In meeting with the various directors (assuming they want to hire you) they try to put you on a team that lines up most with your interests.
