3 stages of interviews. Standard questions. Took place during the pandemic. Follow up etiquette post-interview was extremely unprofessional. I was told I would hear back by a certain date, and after that date passed, the recruiter apologized for the delay yet asserted the company's interest. I never heard back. Not even an automated "you didn't get the job" email. Poor communication and total lack of professionalism
