I was contacted by a very nice recruiter and coordinate with her the first phone interview (expectations, deep definition of the job and so on). After this one I had the second phone interview with the manager, some technical questions here sql, java and logical problems, won’t be a problem if you studied computer science. After this we coordinate a 4 hour interview in the office, here more technical questions, some others regarding ads and some question about customer support. My last interview was by video conference and more technical questions, logical problems and expectations about the role and future. Was a very long interview but the entire process was fun and challenged and a very important thing to remark is that all of the people I’d been in contact with were so so kind. My experience was definitely positive.

The entire interview process took about 2-3 months. There was an initial phone screen by the hiring manager followed 3 rounds of onsite interview. Throughout the process the HR was always prompt in communicating any updates regarding the interview process and answering any queries I might have. After the final round of interviews I heard back within a week with an offer. Overall, the interview process with AppNexus was pleasant.
