First round - basic interview( they usually interview two candidates at the same time). Second round- psychometric test . Final round- technical + HR interview . Selected candidates are sent for a 6 to 8 months training.Final profile is is decided based on individual performance during training. Pretty lengthy interview process for a not so good company.
