I applied directly on the web site. They set up a phone interview for a certain time and day, but never called and never emailed to cancel it. When I left them a voice mail, I received an email saying the position was filled and they were no longer interested. Very unprofessional. No matter how swamped you were, you need to not go awol!

The test was conducted online with 3 questions. The questions were easy to medium level. One was a debugging problem and the other two were on strings and graphs. Hidden testcases should be passed in order to move on to the next round.
