I interviewed for a Senior Consultant and it appeared the interviewer was very happy after a bunch of questions. But soon after I got an email mentioning that I didn’t get through to the next round. I had plenty of experience for the job applied for and just came off 10 year stint working for World leading Telecoms manufacturing company.
I felt that they discriminated against me and thought the entire interview process was fake. Shame on Appian.

The recruiter was extremely unprofessional. This is the worst hiring process I have experienced. The recruiter did not turn up to the meeting scheulded by her and offered no apologies.
After 3 rounds of interviews which included a presentation and technical tests, I was told that my salary expectations were too high although I made them clear upfront. A total waste of time.
Either the recruiter did not do her job properly or the company is looking to underpay. Either way, big red flags.

Initial screening call, then personality interview.
Then a 2 hour interview. One for presentation, and 3 other interviews. Then final interview. Was a very good process, and quick. Very good experience.
