Apply online, get email from technical recruiter, phone convo with recruiter, 1-1 video interview with hiring manager. Short interview starting with the manager describing self and day to day operations followed by a series of questions and hypothetical scenarios. Interviewer dominates the conversation to make sure when you have the chance to talk about yourself.

6 interviewers (30 minutes with each). Fairly easy questions asked about my career goals and about quality assurance in general. Interviewers shared information about quality assurance and about the different teams I could be in.
