The interview had 5 stages overall. 0.) Initial phone screening with HR representative 1.) Interview with Regional Solutions Consultant Manager. Big emphasis on technical knowledge and previous experience. 2.) Interview with Programme Director. This stage was more focused on determining if the candidate is a good fit for the company. Discussed previous experiences and reactions to situations and hardships. 3.) Interview with area vice president. Focusing on motivation and profile whilst discussing previous experience and expectations. 4.) Final round interview with vice president. Focused on personality and expectations. It was more of a conversation/discussion rather than an interview.

First 2 stages were good, but they put a random hiring hold halfway through the process which is very annoying. They were still promoting on LinkedIn at same time too.
