Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. La procedura ha richiesto una settimana. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Appian
Colloquio
Interviewer (second round) seemed disinterested and unprepared from the start. Randomly made up questions as the conversation went along. Did not engage in deeper conversation. Ended the interview early. Must have caught them on a bad day.

I engaged with Appian for an opportunity in the US Northeast as a Sales Engineer. I read up on the tech and BPM/Low Code space, as I wasn’t as familiar with it, and ended up applying for the position. Shortly there-after a recruiter for Appian reached out to me to determine fit. She was very positive, engaging and you could feel the energy level of the company coming across. After speaking with her, I moved through the process and was connected with the hiring manager and then RVP of Solution Consulting, all of whom were very positive and forthright about the opportunity and company. I was scheduled to meet in person at Appian’s Reston, VA headquarters as a final step in the interview process, where I was slated to highlight my communication / demo skills in front of an audience. I elected to not proceed forward with this step and Appian, as I had another organization I was engaging with simultaneously in the cyber-security space (where I had years of experience and felt I was better suited for), and opted to take an offer this organization had presented to me.
The Appian Talent and Mgmt team was awesome to work with, throughout this process and were very responsive throughout. I elected to not proceed forward with them, again because of my desire to ultimately stay within the cyber security space, but kudos to Appian for making the candidate process very positive and enjoyable. Other organizations could learn from this team!
