      Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite segnalazione di un dipendente. La procedura ha richiesto 2 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Appirio (Jaipur, Rajasthan) nel mese di apr 2016

      Colloquio

      Given lots of round in whole interview process 1. First of all there is not point of taking these many interviews for QA position atleast. 2. Employer seems overconfident because they thing they are the only comp. in that region. 3. While discussing about Offer package they start telling you benefits other than CTC, i think they are not well aware other IT companies and think that they are only providing these benefits. 4. last interview was with some head of office, what is logic to interviewed with that level of person for 2-3 years exp. employee. 5. From his very first sentence i realize that he came to reject instead of selecting, he was telling me irrelevant stories i did't even understand what he was trying to tell me. 6. initial interview questions were of easy level. 7. Basics of testing, work process and methodologies, some random scenarios...etc 8. From all my investigation and reviews about comp. i know that they are infamous for picking family members/referrals very easily. 9. In my last round...from very first sentence(question) i realize that they are trying to change there images about referrals.

Appirio follows a very robust recruitment process to ensure we have the right candidate for the right role and also provide a seamless experience to all our candidates. Candidate Experience is one of the biggest focus areas for us in the Talent Acquisition space. We typically have a 5 step process in which we assess people on technical expertise, Culture fitment and other behavioural skills. During this process we also require that the shortlisted candidate come to our office for an in person interview, which is a mandatory step in the process. We feel this step helps the employee to see our office space, the location, meet team members, have further conversations with other colleagues and the hiring manager. While discussing the offer details while we do share the compensation details we also do touch upon the benefits as that is also an important part of our reward offerings. We are continually looking at our processes and feedback from our candidates and taking feedback into account to further improvise the process.
