If You are good at programming/coding then you will clear all rounds except HR round. HR round depends upon interviewer's mood. It's not about confidence or Communication skills. They will reject you without any reason and the worst thing is that they won't communicate the result. I really appreciate the work culture of the company but All-time, they only tell you about work culture.
