I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Applause (Herzliya - Israel). A phone call, then you are invited to an interview with the HR, after that you get a test to do at home, professional test regarding their product ,QA and agile in general, then an interview with head of department, I did not move forward after that step, he asked many personal questions and only few related to the role. Felt from the beginning of the interview like he is not in the mood to ask me questions and the proof was that he stopped to answer phone calls twice. He was very aggressive and made me feel like I'm not good enough for the company Guys I know you want to hire good talented people but making people feel stupid on the interview with generic questions and bad attitude is not the solution
