I submitted my application online and within a day or two was contacted by their internal recruiter. That initial phone screen went well, the interview process was outlined and he provided tips for the testing they require. All employees must take and pass the CCAT test - 50 questions in 15 minutes. You definitely want to prepare for that. A few days later I took and passed the test. After informing the recruiter he setup the first of what would potentially be three interviews with the hiring manager. The following we I had a video interview with him and it seemed to go fairly well. Very straightforward. Two weeks later, no word from Applause so I reached out to the recruiter. Two more weeks later and no response, nothing. By this time I was expecting to hear back one way or another.

First I talked to HR recruiter and that went well, after that I had to take tests that were not at all relevant to the position, once I successfully passed the test I had an interview with the hiring manager. Seemed like the hiring manager was just going through the motions and had already selected another candidate.
