Can you describe a time when you had to deal with a difficult customer? How did you handle the situation, and what did you learn from the experience?
Had 3-4 different interviews after I applied. They were all group interviews. The third one is with a Senior Manager, and the last one is with the Store Leader. The interviews themselves weren't too bad at all.

Everyone was nice and it was a smooth interview. All the questions were very behavioral and scenario based. As long as you show impact in your answers then you’re good.
