Apple’s interview process is typically multi-stage and conversational, not overly formal. Depending on the role and location, it can include:
Initial screening call – A recruiter or manager asks about your background, experience, and motivation for joining Apple.
Group interview – Often used for retail roles. You’ll be in a small group with other candidates, doing activities or discussions that show your teamwork, communication, and customer service style.
One-on-one interviews – You’ll meet with one or more Apple Store leaders. These are relaxed but focused conversations about how you connect with people, solve problems, and represent Apple’s values.
Final interview (optional) – Sometimes with a senior leader, confirming culture fit and enthusiasm for the role.

Good lots of sales and support and repairs and triaging and personal stories. Stories of character and working with others. Maybe a question about being a good person and how that reflects to the customer experience
the manager first ask me to introduce myself and then let me share my expirance about my previous job.Everything goes well, manager are very nice and I'm every happy to have this chance
Had great conversations with everybody throughout the process it was definitely very thorough, however did not get a response after a few rounds which was a bit disappointing, would recommend at least giving candidates closure if they didn't make it to the next rounds after investing time into the process already
