Le recrutement comprend un entretien téléphonique, suivi d’un entretien en visioconférence, puis d’un entretien collectif en Apple Store à Marseille, évaluant motivation, service client, communication et esprit d’équipe et compétences.

Plusieurs entretiens, systématiquement en groupe. Processus assez long. Le plus difficile des entretiens que je connaisse. Parfois une longue attente avant réponse. Possibilité de repasser un entretien 6 mois après un échec.

It’s a very long process so have patience. Sometimes they will give you feedback but if you are external you will just receive a turn down email. Keep applying. Apple says it’s not a NO. It’s a not now and that’s very true.
