The interview was entirely over the phone and the internet. The first call was on the phone, and it was with an artificial intelligence agent. They asked general questions that you would see in most interviews, but I didn't like the artificial intelligence because it seemed much less personal.
The interview process included an initial recruiter screening, technical and behavioral interviews, Excel and financial analysis assessments, followed by panel discussions focused on budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

I only made it through the first stage. The interviewers were very friendly and the questions were open ended which made it easier to answer. I felt comfortable and at ease.
