There are 3 rounds: recruiter, hiring manager, panel. The panel includes 3 sub-rounds, including a case study, technical and behavioral questions. I was originally recruited to interview. It took about a month for the recruiter to respond and set up the screening call after they reached out to me initially. The next two rounds were scheduled very quickly. Everyone was extremely nice. Looking back, I don't think the interview questions were hard necessarily, but it can be intimidating to interview with a FAANG. To prepare, I would use a service like Interview Query to practice both the case and technical. You should be good with that. The only negative thing I will say is that after spending over 4 hours of my time with them, the recruiter ended up ghosting me. I asked for a follow up two weeks later and they told me they'd have an update the next week. No response. I get it if I wasn't selected, but I find it disrespectful to be ghosted after going through the final stages. Another suspicious fact is that I interviewed in December, but they had been hiring since August. They had not found anyone by then and continue to repost the position to this day (March). It makes me wonder if they were resume farming or pretending to hire for tax purposes.
