It was a phone interview. The Hiring Manager didn't show up. After 15 mins, I emailed the recruiter, and she replied the next day. Finally, another time was set up. The recruiter told me to text her if the hiring manager is more than 5 mins late this time.
The hiring manager was late. And I texted the recruiter. Apparently, the hiring manager was in a meeting and was late. Finally, the interview started after 15 mins of the scheduled time.
I did not like the interviewer's tone from the beginning. It was a mistake to attend this interview, I did it only because it was Apple. The hiring manager had a set tone. He had this attitude to fail me somehow. And after asking me more and more on something that I didn't claim to know, he finally found something. The interview ended as he wanted it to be.
My understanding is that the hiring manager has a lot of issues. His ego was a problem (probably the inferiority complex to interview a PhD being a non-PhD himself). Probably the origin of nationality is another problem. People from his country usually don't hire people from my country (I have heard this from many people of my country).
Being in Apple, I hoped that he will free from those. But within the first few minutes, I realized it was a mistake. I just wanted it to end.

Questions focused on technical knowledge with maybe 1 per person about personality. Heavy focus on direct extensive experience doing the specific task at hand

I was contacted by a recruiter for a different role than the one I applied for on the company's website. The recruiter was relaxed and suggested some resume adjustments before submitting it to the hiring manager.
Technical Interview
I was given a medium-level LeetCode question during the technical interview. Initially, I was asked to pass the provided test cases, which I managed to do within 40 minutes. However, the interviewer pointed out that I should have considered all possible scenarios instead of focusing solely on the provided test cases. I was informed that other candidates performed better.
