A portfolio review followed by a series of one on one casual conversations about life and sometimes the role. Come prepared with questions for the team. It is more about culture fit than anything if you make it past portfolio review and they are still being nice to you. You will need to ask them for breaks and water between interviews if you did not bring any.
I received an email from a recruiter who wanted to know more about me, and then we had a call on the phone to get brief information about the role and the team.

Pretty simple process. Had an interview with a Design Operations Manager. He was very nice and professional. My only issue was even after asking further questions, I struggled to get a clear picture of the type of work I would be contributing.
