Two recruiters reached out to me. Initially had a good phone call with an apple recruiter from a different region as I was planning to move out of state. When I saw someone local pop up I reached out to a recruiter (who had messaged me) and set up a time to chat.
She forgot about the interview then called me after I emailed and had a pretty rushed call. Seemed uninterested and questioned where I saw a posting for the role and kind of implied I was mistaken. Well, the post is still up and that conversation made me change my mind about wanting to join Apple. No thanks.
The interview process unfolded across three distinct stages, with the majority of assessments and evaluations being conducted within a group context. No gender equality. Everyone I contacted as manager and HR were all males. We were 4 females at 3rd interview to pick. I really do not have to say anything more. Never see such a thing in my life before. At least good to see some females in stores and commercials in Turkey in 21st century.
Meet-and-greet with your fellow candidates and about 15-20 Apple Store employees followed by a team exercise (creating a product, pitching it, etc.), finally followed by two 20 minute one-on-one interviews.
