The woman was a recently hired full-time financial analyst. She went to my current university. She was not friendly -- she did not seem interested in asking me questions or listening to my answers.

Friendly people, causal, focused on fit and culture for first round. This was for a finance rotation program for undergraduate. Recruiter ghosted after interview which was very unprofessional. People are casual and very approachable.
