I was initially contacted by a recruiter from Apple then he went on and set up phone screenings with three different teams. Then they flew me to a recruitment gig they were having in Europe. I had 4 interviews where I had to explain how stuff worked and do some coding exercises on the white board. Around 2 days later I was told that I had good skills but there was another candidate who looked like a better match so they decided to flew him over to California for the on-site interviews. Overall, it wasn't a very hard interview and I thought I managed to do well. People seemed rather friendly.
