The department that I interviewed with was extremely disorganized. I had three interviews, a behavioral interview, a technical interview, and a final interview, and felt that all three went well. I was in contact with six different recruiters in total, and it seemed that the communication between them was lacking. My final interview had to be rescheduled because my interviewer did not show up. After that, two different recruiters rescheduled the meeting separately at two different times, and I had to reach out to them to figure out which one I should attend. After my final interview, they ghosted me. I sent two follow up emails to various recruiters but ended up accepting another offer.
