No communication what the role fully entailed from the internal recruitment team with just a single email with one day and time to interview. Not flexible. Little time to ask questions about the role during the interview

The interview process is very flawed, which I did not expect from an organization like Apple. After my first round my HR coordinator went on leave and told me that further interaction will be done by her manager but the RM was adamant to share the feedback with her manager and I did not get a response from her till she was back i.e one week. After a week when I asked her about the feedback, now the recruiting manager went on leave and she did not know what the result was for my interview. I got a response exactly after 35-40 days. Also I found the interview structure very rough and unorganized.
