Was reached out by a recruiter and immediately interviewed with the team manager instead of what I would assume a typical HR screening interview. First interview with team manager was getting to know the QA process and what questions to ask. Second round was technical and tested tech stack.

Since I had interviewed for another QA role a couple of months back, I was directly screened for the "Hiring Manager round" this time.
It was a quick 30-min QA technical interview with a couple of behavioral questions.
I got enough time to ask HM a few questions at the end.
