Interviewed for a contract role. There were only 2 rounds. First is a call with a senior designer then a portfolio review with a panel with some other members of the design team.

I had a call with the recruiter then the hiring manager for 30 minutes for a chat without portfolio showacse. I got response and feedback fairly quickly. Unfortunately didn't get pass that.

Interview method was very effective, by grouping up people to solve a challenge in a limited time. The challenge requires critical thinking, creativity, basically the mindset you need to become a good developer.
