First a few questions were sent over to me to be answered in a 500 word essay format within 72 hours. It seemed like this essay took place of an HR screen. The next round was a technical interview. I had two easy/medium level Leetcode questions, but my interviewer seemed to not be paying attention at all to me during the interview. Typically, my experience with technical interviews was that the interviewer would be very present and have me talk through things. However, my interviewer just presented the questions to me and then went silent until I told him I was done. I talked through the entire process, explaining my chain of thought, etc and would run the test cases in the shared code environment but he would stay silent until I said I was done and the test cases passed. It wasn't until then that he would ask me to explain my code and also show that the test cases passed (again). I did not get past this round, but I was told that the final round would've been 3 back-to-back interviews with a panel: 45 minute technical, 45 minute technical (about a school project) and 30 minute behavioral.
