It's a one-year contract. Firstly, I was reached out on LinkedIn. The interviewer directly messaged me and scheduled a call. During the call, the interviewer introduced this position and then asked me about work authorization. Then she let me give her a brief introduction.

Firstly, The interviewer wants me to introduce myself. Then the interviewer asked me about what an accounting transaction is.
The interview process included an initial recruiter screening, technical and behavioral interviews, Excel and financial analysis assessments, followed by panel discussions focused on budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
