Was greeted by the receptionist and provided my documents for employment eligibility. Waited for a few minutes and had a casual interview with my recruiter. She asked about my previous positions and about my career goals. She told me upfront what the available positions would entail without sugarcoating anything, which I really appreciated. One con though is the amount of preparation that is required before and after the interview, and the amount of paperwork that you have to fill out at the end. I took a few skills assessments and watched a safety video, pretty easy questions.

For several times they have told me they have a job opportunity that perfectly matches my experience and at time of interview they said everything is very well but never heard about them.
