The process itself was very quick. It didn't take long to complete, and they made it more of a conversation. I enjoyed the process of getting to know the managers before I actually began working there and they made me feel at ease and comfortable. It wasn't overly stressful, but I'll admit I'm relatively good at interviews. Even so, I enjoyed the process and would say that it was one of the easier interviews I've experienced.

This was a pretty easy interview process. I was asked if I had ever dealt with difficult people and to say what was my motivation for wanting to work at Applebees. It was overall very chill and I enjoyed it.

It was very simple, on the Applebee's web site, I selected a place and position. Answered about 5 mostly contact related questions and then selected a time for a 1st interview. I think they mostly wanted to see that I was early, dressed nicely (but I didn't wear a tie), and had a pleasant personality via a smile and firm handshake. I was called back for 2nd interview. I am currently waiting to hear back, but think I got the job.
