Really good experience. Waited awhile for the manager to come and talk to me. She was really nice and we ended up talking a lot. Didn't really get asked questions just more about availability and "tell me a little bit about yourself". I got hired right on the spot and I start orientation next week!!

This was a pretty easy interview process. I was asked if I had ever dealt with difficult people and to say what was my motivation for wanting to work at Applebees. It was overall very chill and I enjoyed it.

It was very simple, on the Applebee's web site, I selected a place and position. Answered about 5 mostly contact related questions and then selected a time for a 1st interview. I think they mostly wanted to see that I was early, dressed nicely (but I didn't wear a tie), and had a pleasant personality via a smile and firm handshake. I was called back for 2nd interview. I am currently waiting to hear back, but think I got the job.
