Management is so unprofessional, I had 4 interviews AND THEY COULDN'T TELL ME YES OR NO. After my 4th interview they told me to call Tuesday. When I called one of the managers answered the phone to tell me they weren't hiring and hung up on me while being rude. This is not the best way to tell a candidate that they arent fit for the postition insterad of being lied to. I went on indeed and saw that they were hiring. Managment needs to be retrained to be more polite and compationate tworard others and more professional. If they treat CANDIDATES like that i can just imagine the customers.

This was a pretty easy interview process. I was asked if I had ever dealt with difficult people and to say what was my motivation for wanting to work at Applebees. It was overall very chill and I enjoyed it.

It was very simple, on the Applebee's web site, I selected a place and position. Answered about 5 mostly contact related questions and then selected a time for a 1st interview. I think they mostly wanted to see that I was early, dressed nicely (but I didn't wear a tie), and had a pleasant personality via a smile and firm handshake. I was called back for 2nd interview. I am currently waiting to hear back, but think I got the job.
