The hiring and interview process was a joke. Pretty much if you breathe and can carry food you'll get the job. The Applebees that I worked at had a huge turnover rate and it was because they would hire literally anyone who walked through the door

I walked in to inquire about open positions. They had me fill out an application online. After completing the online application I had 3 separate interviews. The first 2 were with 2 assistant managers and the final one was with the Manager. I was offered the position at the end of the last interview. The entire process was about 3 hours long.

I applied online and was invited to interview. I scheduled a time that was convenient for me online as well. The interviewer was very welcoming, friendly, and professional. A great experience overall.

real and fun that had to do with talking about past experiences and that was all. Also a few other things like memorizing the menu and getting familiar with spots in the restaurant.
