I had a positive experience. A one-on-one interview with the manager of the restaurant, followed by a tour of the floor and kitchen. Met a large amount of the servers who were scheduled for the night.

Scenario questions of how you would handle a situation with a difficult customer. These were hard for me because I had not serving experience.

Successful candidates may then proceed to onboarding and training.”
Did an interview with assistant manager, lasted five minutes and they wanted to do another interview with the head manager.
Only asked me two questions which was weird, I never had an interview like that before.
Pretty pointless imo and I don't think they respect your time well - from reading other reviews it seems quite unconviential though so maybe it was just a weird store.
The interview process was quick and easy. They had me come in the morning and ask very basic questions about my previous experience in the industry and some behavior questions
